Boris Kozlowski is a social entrepreneurship expert with over seven years’ experience in Hamburg’s social enterprise ecosystem. Having previously co-founded the Impact Hub Hamburg, he is now the co-managing director of the Hamburg Alliance for Social Entrepreneurship — a cross-sectoral alliance that implements the Hamburg Senate’s Social Entrepreneurship Strategy. In this role, he is committed to strengthening and promoting social entrepreneurship holistically, raising its profile and integrating it into social regulatory systems.
