With over 10 years of experience in the NGO sector, she has worked on a variety of social issues, focusing on designing programs and partnerships that equip communities to address systemic challenges. Marta’s strengths include capacity building, impact measurement, and people-centered innovation, grounded in participatory methods, social research, and cross-sector collaboration. She holds an MA in Social Entrepreneurship & Management and a BA in Cultural and Social Anthropology.
