Penka Tsvetkova is Entrepreneurship and Social Innovations Director at BCause Foundation. For the last decade she has focused her work on supporting the development of the ecosystem of social investment and social entrepreneurship in Bulgaria. As part of the team of the Rinker Center of the BCause Foundation since its launch in 2014. she is responsible for planning the Accelerator programs, being a mentor and trainer herself. Through her extensive experience in international projects and partnerships, she facilitates the exchange of expertise between Bulgarian and European stakeholders.

She brings over 20 years of expertise in supporting non-profit organizations and advancing corporate social responsibility in Bulgaria.
