Sotiris Themistokleous, PhD is a social innovation practitioner, strategist, and Director of Strategic Development at the Center for Social Innovation (CSI). With over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of policy, practice, and funding, he supports organisations, public authorities, and social enterprises in designing, financing, and scaling inclusive solutions to complex social challenges. His work focuses on social inclusion, ecosystem development, and translating policy frameworks into actionable, funded initiatives. Sotiris has led and advised numerous EU-funded and international projects, with a strong emphasis on funding strategies, capacity building, and impact-oriented investment. He regularly works with policymakers, practitioners, and funders to strengthen social innovation ecosystems and turn inclusive ideas into sustainable, measurable impact.
