After having spent many years in private practice and international business, Tom Overboom moved his focus to the sustainability transition. He is one of the co-founders of the LISI Foundation. In his current role as in-house counsel at Oost NL, one of the nine regional development agencies in the Netherlands, he has initiated projects to make financing documentation sustainability proof and to introduce steward ownership as a governance model that is investment ready.
